Welcome to Vinayaka TV Services! We’re glad you’ve chosen us for your TV repair and maintenance needs. Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. These terms explain what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you—so we can serve you better.

1. Service Overview

Vinayaka TV Services offers professional repair services for all types of TVs, including LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs.

To ensure accurate service, customers are requested to provide correct details about the TV model, the issue you’re facing, and any specific service needs.

Our technicians will inspect your TV, diagnose the issue, and provide a repair estimate before beginning any work.

2. Warranty on Repairs

All our repair work comes with a 30-day service warranty, unless specified otherwise.

The warranty covers only the parts and services we’ve repaired.

It does not include issues caused by power surges, mishandling, or environmental factors.

If the same issue returns within the warranty period and hasn’t been caused by external damage, we’ll fix it again at no extra charge.

3. Payments & Charges

Before we begin repairs, we’ll clearly explain the charges involved.

Full payment is required once the repair is complete.

We accept payments via cash, UPI, and bank transfers.

If additional parts are needed, we’ll inform you in advance and seek your approval before proceeding.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel a service request at any time before the technician arrives, at no cost.

If you cancel after a technician has inspected your TV, a small inspection fee will be charged.

Once the repair is completed, no refunds will be issued.

5. What We Expect from Customers

Please ensure that your TV is accessible at the scheduled time of service.

If your TV stores any important data (like on Smart TVs), we recommend backing it up beforehand.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, personal settings, or third-party apps during the repair process.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not take responsibility for any problems caused by pre-existing damage or earlier unauthorized repairs.

We are also not liable for damages due to power issues or other electrical problems after our repair.

Any external accessories (like remotes, wall mounts, or HDMI cables) are the customer’s responsibility during the service.

7. On-Site and Off-Site Repairs

Whenever possible, we’ll try to fix your TV at your location.

If the issue needs advanced tools or more time, we may need to take the TV to our service center.

You’ll receive a proper service receipt, including details of the problem and estimated return time.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All services and disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Telangana courts.
